Questions & answers
Common questions
Can I request an appointment online?
Yes. Use the request form on this page. It’s a request, not a confirmed booking: our team will contact you to confirm a day and time. For urgent problems like tooth pain or swelling, please call (951) 677-1054.
Can I book visits for my whole family?
Yes, you’re welcome to call and book visits for family members. Parents are welcome to stay with their child during visits. Have each person’s insurance or plan details ready, and let our team know if anyone is a new patient.
Can I book a visit with Dr. Stanisai?
Yes. Dr. Meerweis Stanisai, DDS continues to see patients here, so if you enjoy seeing him, you can keep doing so. Dr. H. Pourshirazi, DMD is now caring for patients as well. Tell our team who you’d like to see when you call.
Can the ER help with a tooth?
An emergency room can help with serious problems, like facial swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, a high fever with swelling, bleeding that won’t stop or a facial injury. If your dentist’s office is closed when tooth pain starts, Cleveland Clinic advises going to the nearest emergency room.
What should I bring to my appointment?
It helps to bring your dental insurance card or plan information, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have a heart condition or an immune system disorder, ask whether you need antibiotics before your visit.
