What payment options and insurance do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. More payment choices, with flexible financing options, are being added. See payment options and financing.

Common questions
Has the phone number changed?
No. Our phone number is still (951) 677-1054. Dr. Neff’s letter to patients confirmed the same caring team, the same office and the same phone number, so you can keep using the number you already have saved. Call it to book, ask a question or check your coverage.
Is the office still in the same place?
Yes. We’re in the same building and the same suite as always: 25460 Medical Center Dr, Suite 202. Your records stay right here, and you’ll see the same caring team. Dr. Pourshirazi is now caring for patients, and Dr. Stanisai continues to see patients here.
Who will I see at my visit?
Dr. H. Pourshirazi, DMD is now caring for our patients. He graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1994 and has cared for families in the area for more than 27 years. Dr. Meerweis Stanisai, DDS continues to see patients here too.
Do you accept the UFCW dental plan?
Yes. We continue to accept the UFCW member dental plan, and our office is on UFCW Local 1167’s list of contracted dental providers. Members enrolled in prepaid dental plans don’t have coverage through listed providers, so confirm your plan before treatment begins.
Can I bring my child to the office?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay with their child during visits, and children’s dentistry will be available right here, so you won’t need to travel to another office. A child’s first dental visit should happen after the first tooth appears, but no later than the first birthday.
