Questions & answers
Common questions
Will my dental records stay at the office?
Yes. Dr. Neff’s letter confirms that your records stay right here at Golden Triangle Dentistry, so your history is on hand when you see Dr. Pourshirazi or Dr. Stanisai. Call (951) 677-1054 with any questions about your records, including how to request a copy.
Does the office still accept my insurance?
Yes. The office continues to accept the same insurance plans, including the UFCW member dental plan, and works with most dental insurance plans, including most PPOs. You can pay by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or CareCredit. Call us to check your plan.
Does Dr. Pourshirazi practice at other offices too?
Yes. Dr. Pourshirazi is one of the doctors behind the group’s sister dental practices nearby, where he also cares for patients. At Golden Triangle, he is now caring for patients alongside Dr. Stanisai, in the same office with the same team.
What is 3D imaging, and will I need it?
3D imaging, or cone-beam CT, creates three-dimensional pictures of your teeth, mouth and jaw, which help with planning dental implants. Because the dose is usually higher than regular dental X-rays, the ADA and FDA recommend it only when it’s needed to diagnose or treat a problem.
